Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want to ensure you have a smooth experience with our services or courses. If you’re not happy with anything, please contact us, and we’ll be glad to help.

Please note that all purchases and payments on FreshTime24 are final. We do not accept cancellation or refund requests once payment is made. Courses you choose or pay for cannot be transferred to another user.

For our online and classroom training, every learner gets at least 2 days of demo classes. You pay for the training or course only after you’re satisfied with the demos. Therefore, we do not entertain any refund requests.

We do not issue refunds for our self-paced (recorded) courses, but you can contact us if you face any issues. Once the course fee is paid, it will not be refunded or transferred to another student under any circumstances.

Any disputes related to this agreement or course/training will be handled by the Jurisdictional Law Court of Jodhpur.

FreshTime24 reserves the right to update or change its refund policy without prior notice.
